深入贯彻党的二十大关于“优化人口发展战略，建立生育支持政策体系，降低生育、育儿、教育成本”的部署精神，落实《浙江省委、省政府关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的实施意见》、杭州市政府《杭州市“一老一童”一体化解决方案》等文件”，杭州师范大学与杭州市卫生健康委员会将于2024年5月11日联合主办第二届国际学术会议。诚邀相关领域的专家学者参加学术会议。

To thoroughly implement the deployment spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "optimizing the population development strategy, establishing a fertility support policy system, and reducing the costs of childbirth, parenting, and education", carry out the requirements of documents such as the "Implementation Opinions of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on Optimizing the Fertility Policy to Promote Long-term Balanced Development of the Population" and the Hangzhou Municipal Government's "Integrated Solution for ‘One Elder and One Child’ in Hangzhou", Hangzhou Normal University and Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission will jointly host the 2nd International Academic Conference on May 11, 2024. Experts and scholars in related fields are sincerely invited to participate in the academic conference.
