保罗·哈里斯(Paul Harris),美国哈佛大学教育学院Victor S. Thomas教育教授,曾担任国际顶级期刊《儿童发展》《人类发展》等期刊编委。哈里斯教授专注于儿童认知、情感和想象力早期发展的研究。他的研究探讨了儿童如何在难以亲身观察的领域(如历史、科学和宗教)中,选择信任他人的话语。著作包括《信你所闻:儿童如何学习他人》等。
Paul Harris is the Victor S. Thomas Professor of Education at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education in the United States. He has previously served as an editorial board member for prestigious international journals such as Child Development and Human Development. He is interested in the early development of cognition, emotion, and imagination. His work explores how children navigate the challenge of trusting others' statements in areas that are difficult to observe firsthand, such as history, science, and religion. His most recent book, Trusting What You're Told: How Children Learn from Others, was published by Harvard University Press in May 2012. This book discusses how far children rely on their own firsthand observation or alternatively trust what other people tell them — especially when they confront a domain of knowledge in which firsthand observation is difficult.

Michal Perlman is a Professor in the Department of Human Development and Applied Psychology at the University of Toronto, Canada, cross-appointed at U of T's Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. In addition, She is the Director of the Dr. R.G.N. Laidlaw Research Centre. She studies how early environments are associated with children’s wellbeing. She is particularly interested in the quality of interactions that children have with their caregivers both at home and in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) settings. She has helped develop efficient ways of measuring the quality of interactions (and more global measures as well) and is developing interventions to improve the quality of interactions children experience. She also studies how to conceptualize and measure ECEC quality, parents as consumers of ECEC services, associations between ECEC quality and child outcomes and a range of policy questions related to ECEC. She has published her work in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, and her work has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the McCain Foundation, the Lawson Foundation a range of government counteracts and many others.

Moritz Köster is a professor at the School of Psychology, University of Regensburg, Germany. He aims to understand how we as humans, through development, adapt to our specific environment, as the basis for individual and culturally diverse developmental pathways. He does this by studying early social-cognitive development, neuro-cognitive learning mechanisms in infants and adults, as well as social and cultural influences on human development. He has published numerous journal articles on topics such as cross-cultural differences in infants' brain visual object and background processing, as well as the rhythmic visual stimulation in early brain development.

Dr. Henderson is a professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Auckland. She investigates central facets of social and cognitive development in infancy and early childhood including the role that biological and experiential factors play in the development of linguistic and non-linguistic cooperative behaviour. Understanding the development of cooperation in early childhood is crucial because our everyday functioning, overall wellbeing, and the very survival of our species, rests on our abilities to work well and cooperate with others.

Dr. Kang Lee is a professor and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in developmental neuroscience at OISE, University of Toronto. For over two decades, Dr. Lee has used behavioral and neuroscience methods (e.g., EEG, fMRI, fNIRS) to examine the emergence and development of social cognition and social behavior and the underlying neurocognitive mechanisms. Dr. Lee has two major foci of research. The first is the development of moral cognition and action with a specific focus on honesty and deception. For nearly three decades, Dr. Lee has studied how children learn to tell lies and cheat using behavioral, computational, and neuroimaging methodologies. The second focus is the development of social perception with a specific focus on face processing. For over two decades, Dr. Lee has used behavioral and neuroscience methods to examine how infants, children, and adults process own-race versus other-race faces, the linkage between face perception and racial biases, and how to reduce them with lasting effects.

Professor Jie He serves at Zhejiang University as a Professor in the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, a doctoral supervisor, and the Director of the Family Education Research Center at the Jinhua institute of Zhejiang University. She is also the Secretary-General of the Children's Development and Social Policy Professional Committee under the Chinese Association of Social Psychology, a member of Developmental Psychology Professional Committee under the Chinese Psychological Society, a director at the Zhejiang Psychological Society, and has been recognized as a Zhejiang Province "Zhijiang Youth Social Science Scholar". Her research and teaching focus extensively on child psychological development and education, especially specializing in research related to children's temperament and social cognition. She has spearheaded projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences. She has published papers in top international journals such as Child Development and Developmental Psychology. Additionally, her online course titled "Exploring the Psychological World of Children" through Chinese University MOOC, which has been selected as a national first-class course.

(Mary) Shaocong Ma is a Research Assistant Professor at the Division of Social Science, HKUST. Prior to joining the division, she served as a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Psychology, University of Virginia, and as a visiting scholar at the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. Her research focuses on social cognitive and emotional development, with a particular interest in how children utilize various cues to identify reliable partners for cooperation and trustworthy informants for learning in the social world.
马凤玲,浙江理工大学教授。研究方向为发展与教育心理学,研究领域包括儿童青少年社会认知、道德行为与道德情绪、社会适应等相关主题。近年来主持及参与国家级和省部级课题10余项,代表性研究成果先后在Psychological Science、Developmental Psychology等高影响力学术期刊上发表,荣获浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、格斯美人文社科优秀青年奖、华鼎师德师风奖等荣誉。
Ma Fengling is a professor at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Her research interests include developmental and educational psychology, focusing on topics such as social cognition in children and adolescents, moral behavior and moral emotions, and social adaptation. In recent years, she has led and participated in more than 10 national and provincial research projects, with representative research findings published in high-impact academic journals such as Psychological Science and Developmental Psychology. She has been honored with awards such as the Outstanding Achievement Award of Zhejiang Province in Philosophy and Social Sciences, the Gesmei Outstanding Young Award in Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Huading Teachers' Ethics Award.

Danyang Han is the Hundred-talent Program assistant professor at the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences of Zhejiang University. Danyang received her doctoral degree in Developmental Psychology at New York University. Danyang's main research area is infant learning and development. She uses infant motor development as a model system to understand the unique features of learning at the early stage of development. Behavior is the centerpiece of her research. She examines real-time and developmental processes with video-based behavioral observations in controlled laboratory tasks and unstructured free-play settings using a suite of technologies including head-mounted eye tracking, motion tracking, computer vision, machine learning, and a pressure-sensitive floor. Danyang's research articles were published in leading psychological and developmental journals such as Current Biology, Behavior and Brain Sciences, Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, and Developmental Science. Danyang won the Developmental Science Early Career Researcher Prize in 2023 and the New York University Martin Barine Award in 2022. She was also the recipient of the New York University Postdoctoral Research and Professional Development Support Award in 2023.
汤玉龙,副教授,浙江工业大学教育科学与技术学院学术副院长兼应用心理研究所所长。他2018年毕业于北京师范大学心理学部发展心理研究所,获发展与教育心理学博士学位。2016—2017年在美国哈佛大学教育学院Paul L. Harris教授实验室联合培养一年。他主要从事幼儿社会认知发展、情绪与社会性发展的相关研究。近期主要关注儿童信任判断的影响因素、儿童对流言传播的社会评价等相关研究问题。他主持国家社会科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金等研究项目,在《International Journal of Behaviour Development》《British Journal of Developmental Psychology》《心理科学》《应用心理学》等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文十余篇,并担任《Cognition and Emotion》,《心理学报》,《心理科学》《心理发展与教育》等多家期刊的审稿人。
Yulong Tang is an associate professor in Institute of Applied Psychology, College of Education, Zhejiang University of Technology. He is also the academic associate dean of the college, and the director of the institute. He received his Ph.D. in developmental and educational psychology from Institute of Developmental Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Beijing Normal University in 2018. During 2016 to 2017, he came to Harvard Graduate School of Education and worked with Professor Paul L. Harris as a visiting fellow. His research mainly focuses on the development of social cognition, emotion and socialization in young children. Recently he is interested in what factors affect young children making trust judgments and childrens social evaluation to making gossip. His work has been funded by the Chinese National Social Science Foundation and Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. He has published articles in several journals, including International Journal of Behaviour Development, British Journal of Developmental Psychology, Journal of Psychological Science and Chinese Journal of Applied Psychology. Additionally, he has served as reviewer for several journals, such as Cognition and Emotion, Acta Psychologica Sinica, Journal of Psychological Science and Psychological Development and Education.
赵静,中国科学院心理研究所博士,杭州师范大学经亨颐教育学院教授,硕士生导师,中国心理学会语言心理专业委员会委员,中国语文现代化学会神经语言学研究分会理事,杭州市131人才。主要研究方向为儿童阅读发展及阅读困难的认知神经基础、儿童阅读学习能力的评估与训练,主持国家自然科学基金3项及浙江省自然科学基金1项,以第一或通讯作者在PLOS Biology、Cerebral Cortex及Dyslexia等SCI/SSCI期刊发表论文30余篇。
Dr. Jing Zhao graduated from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is a professor, and a Master tutor from Jing Hengyi School of Education, Hangzhou Normal University. She is the member of the Language and Psychology Committee of Chinese Psychological Society, and the member of the Neurolinguistic Research Branch of Chinese Language Modernization Society. Her research interests include the cognitive neural basis of children's reading development and reading difficulties, and the assessment and training of children's reading-related cognitive abilities. She has hosted 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation and 1 project of Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. She has published more than 30 papers in SCI/SSCI journals such as PLOS Biology, Cerebral Cortex and Dyslexia as the first or corresponding author.

Prof. Hong Xiumin is director of the Institute of Early Childhood Education at Beijing Normal University. She is a Young Scholar of the Changjiang Scholars Award Program, the member of the Special Committee on Guidance for Early Childhood Care and Education of the Ministry of Education, the member the Teaching Steering Committee for Kindergarten Teacher Training in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, vice chairman and secretary general of China National Society of Early Childhood Education, deputy director of Committee of Fertility and Social Support, China Population Association. In recent years, she has presided over more than 30 major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, National Science Foundation of China, key projects of the National High-end Think Tank, as well as projects commissioned by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Health Commission of China, which are related to the construction of childcare service system, infant and toddler's psychological development and education, professional development of teachers in childcare institutions, and the policy of family birth support and optimal allocation of childcare resources.

Shen Yingjie is the director of the Preschool Education Guidance Center of Hangzhou Xihu District, superfine teacher in Zhejiang Province. She is a member of Zhejiang Provincial Early Childhood Education Specialized Committee, an expert of Provincial Preschool Curriculum Reform Project Group, a director of Zhejiang Preschool Education Research Association, and the founder and manager of "Xihu Children's Research" public number. Over the past ten years, she has been leading the regional research on "reshaping children's viewpoint, garden-based curriculum construction, and changing the pattern of educational activities". She has published the regional monographs "Discovering Children: A New Format of Regional Training for Reshaping Children's Viewpoints" and "Discovering Curriculum: Incubation Actions Based on Garden-Based Curriculum Construction".

Professor Li Baoming is a Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholar Award Program, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He serves as the expert-in-chief of the Zhejiang Philosophy and Social Science Cultivation Laboratory (Laboratory for Research in Early Development and Childcare, Hangzhou Normal University). He has long been engaged in study on cognitive functions of the prefrontal cortex, focusing on the influence of maternal care on prefrontal cortical structure and function in offspring. Shi Huijing is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Fudan University. She serves as Executive Committee Member of the Child and Adolescent Health Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Chairperson of the Child and Adolescent Health Committee of the Shanghai Preventive Medicine Association, and council member of the Shanghai School Health Care Association. She has undertaken over twenty national-level and provincial-level projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and those from the Shanghai Municipal Government. She is leading the Key Discipline Project of the Fifth Round of Strengthening the Public Health System in Shanghai, focusing on Child and Adolescent Health and Maternal and Child Health. Professor Shi has published over 150 papers related to child and adolescent health and maternal and child health in domestic and international academic journals, obtaining 10 copyright registration certificates as the first author. She is the chief editor of four series of textbooks on infant and toddler care, including "Preschool Child Health and Care," "Pediatric and Adolescent Health," "Foundations of Infant and Toddler Medicine," and "Prevention and Care of Common Diseases in Infants and Toddlers." and serves as the deputy editor-in-chief of the "Chinese School Health" magazine. Professor Shi has been honored with seven awards including the Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress Award, Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association Scientific and Technological Award, and Shanghai Preventive Medicine Association Scientific and Technological Award.

Dr. Ye Chengyin, an Associate Professor and supervisor of master candidates, is affiliated with the Department of Health Management at the School of Public Health, Hangzhou Normal University. He has held visiting scholar positions at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Michigan State University in the United States. Dr. Ye has led a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) general project and a Zhejiang Provincial Public Welfare Fund project. Additionally, she has successfully completed a NSFC youth project and contributed to various national and provincial-level research projects, including sub-projects under the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Support and studies on the strategic thinking and development ideas for the health and family planning cause in Zhejiang Province. Qinmei Xu, Professor and PhD Supervisor at the College of Education, Zhejiang University, is an expert in child development and education. She is the Director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Learning and Cognitive Science at the College of Education. Qinmei Xu earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from East China Normal University and is a member of the first “German-Chinese Symposium on Psychotherapy”. She has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University and Oxford University. She has long been engaged in research about early learning, early language and cognition development, emotional and social development, child and adolescent mental health, public psychological service system, child development and social policy.

华东师范大学教育学部研究员,博士生导师,华东师范大学教育神经科学研究中心副主任,中国高等教育学会学习科学研究分会副理事长,上海市教育学会学习科学专业委员会副主任。分别在哈佛大学、北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室完成2轮有关教育神经科学的博士后研究工作。开创教育神经科学学科和专业,开设系列课程,招收该专业的硕士、博士研究生。
在国际上,在日内瓦联合国欧洲总部担任第二批国际脑研究组织-联合国教科文组织国际教育局(联合国教科文组织一类机构)学习科学高级研究顾问;担任第二届国际心智、脑与教育学会执行理事。参与联合国教科文组织圣雄甘地和平与可持续发展教育研究所(联合国教科文组织一类机构)的项目,参与撰写由联合国学术影响力(全球最大的多边组织)等多个组织共同推动的国际宣言。
在国内,研究成果服务于2021-2035国家教育神经科学中长期发展规划与十四五规划,对我国自然科学基金F0701设立教育神经科学长期资助项目做出了学术贡献。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家级、省部级、国际合作项目以及实验学校项目40多项,在国内外重要学术期刊发表中、英论文130多篇,出版专著、译著、主编与合作著作40多部,主编丛书6套。曾获教育部高等教育国家级教学成果二等奖、上海市基础教育教学成果一等奖、上海市教育科学优秀成果二等奖、第四届明远教育奖、上海市首届社联年度推介论文奖,以及多个华东师范大学的奖项等,9部著作被评为“影响教师的100本图书”。
本次报告主要从教育神经科学的视角出发,采用循证教育的研究思路,阐述婴幼儿神奇的学习能力及其神经基础,为托育服务和课程开发提供科学的依据,以科学、有效、精准地提升托育服务的质量。
Jiaxian Zhou is a full Professor of educational neuroscience at East China Normal University and co-founder of the first Research Center for Educational Neuroscience launched in 2010. She serves as vice president of the Learning Sciences Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, and deputy director of the Learning Sciences Committee of the Shanghai Education Society.
She has completed two rounds of postdoctoral research on educational neuroscience in the State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning at Beijing Normal University and Harvard University respectively with the supervision of Qi Dong and Kurt Fischer. Internationally, she chaired the first symposium to discuss the construction of educational neuroscience at the biennial conference of IMBES in 2009. She also served as a board member of directors of IMBES since 2011 and she worked as senior consultant of IBRO/IBE-UNESCO Science of Learning in Geneva in 2017. She organized many symposiums and roundtable discussions and gave many talks on educational neuroscience at AERA, CIES, IMBES, APS, ICP, ICLS.
She has published more than 130 papers in Chinese and English both in domestic and international academic journals, and more than 40 monographs, full-book-translations, and has been awarded numerous prizes, among which nine of her books have been honored as the "Top 100 Influential Books for Teachers”.

This presentation describes the magical learning ability of infants and toddlers and its neural basis from the perspective of educational neuroscience, so as to provide a scientific foundation for the development of childcare services and curricula, and to enhance the quality of childcare services scientifically and effectively.

Additionally, she holds titles such as the Canal Famous Garden Principal in Gongshu District, Outstanding Party Member in Gongshu District, Education Talent, and Outstanding Party Worker. The kindergarten has been recognized as a modern kindergarten in Zhejiang Province. The curriculum 'Colorful Life' has been awarded as a fine course in Zhejiang Province. Huang Haofang, a senior teacher, is currently the principal and party secretary of Green Apple Kindergarten in Baoshan District, Shanghai. She has won the first prize in the Shanghai Young and Middle-aged Teaching Evaluation, the title of Subject Leader in Baoshan District, the title of Shanghai Gardener Award twice, the Shanghai Women’s Model for Contribution, the Baoshan District “Xuetaoshitao” Model, and was elected to the Baoshan District for two consecutive terms as the backbone campus principal of the district.
As a member of the Shanghai Textbook Center Group, she was engaged in and researched the compilation of individualized learning teaching materials. As a member of the Shanghai Youth Center Group, she was engaged in and researched the compilation of thematic learning teaching materials. Limei Shao currently serves as the principal of Hangzhou Normal University Kindergarten and is a senior teacher in secondary education. She has previously been honored as a rising star in education in Zhejiang Province, awarded the Zhejiang Spring Silkworm Award, recognized as an advanced individual in educational research in Zhejiang Province, and acknowledged as a school principal driving educational reform and innovation in Hangzhou. Jinqiu Wang, a senior teacher and preschool research officer at the Basic Education Research Office in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Dr Jinjin (Helen) Lu is a Senior Associate Professor at the Academy of Future Education, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Dr Lu obtained her M.A. from the University of Wisconsin in the U.S.A and her Ph.D. in the Faculty of Education at the University of Tasmania. After she finished her Ph.D, Helen successfully completed a range of education research projects in interdisciplinary teams in Tasmania and New South Wales in Australia. She has developed her professional and academic skills in China, Europe, USA and Australia and her leadership skills as a leading researcher. Between 2015 and 2020, Dr Lu attracted a large amount of funding from the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme in Europe.
