李葆明教授，长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，浙江省首批哲学社会科学培育实验室（杭州师范大学婴幼儿发展与托育实验室）首席专家。长期从事大脑前额叶皮层认知功能研究，重点关注父母养育照料对子代前额叶结构与认知功能的影响。目前正承担科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”课题“基于脑白质发育调控的脑智促进技术与策略”。

Professor Li Baoming is a Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholar Award Program, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He serves as the expert-in-chief of the Zhejiang Philosophy and Social Science Cultivation Laboratory (Laboratory for Research in Early Development and Childcare, Hangzhou Normal University). He has long been engaged in study on cognitive functions of the prefrontal cortex, focusing on the influence of maternal care on prefrontal cortical structure and function in offspring. Currently, he is undertaking the project of “Brain Intelligence Promotion Technology and Strategy via Regulation of Brain White Matter Development”, a part of the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 initiative for “Brain Science and Brain-inspired Research”.
