杭州师范大学婴幼儿发展与托育实验室简介
杭州师范大学婴幼儿发展与托育实验室是浙江省哲学社会科学工作办公室批准成立的首批8家省哲学社会科学试点和培育实验室之一。本实验室依托心理学、脑科学、公共管理、教育学、医学、护理学、计算机科学与技术等多学科，运用行为学、脑成像、大数据和人工智能等新技术手段，重点聚焦婴幼儿身心发展的动态监测与评估、婴幼儿身心发展及脑智促进对策、婴幼儿身心发展的数智化环境开发、婴幼儿的托养育与公共政策等4个研究方向。实验室现有实用面积有2000多平方米，包含儿童磁共振、近红外、脑电、多导生理、眼动、行为测量、发育与照护、认知与行为干预、虚拟仿真、人工智能与数智教育、大数据分析与决策等种类齐全的具体实验室。
实验室首席专家由李葆明、方晓义、赵立等3位国家重大人才工程特聘教授担任，实验室主任由赵立兼任。实验室拥有一支43人以国家级人才为带头人、结构合理、精干高效、学科交叉融合的高水平科研团队。其中专职16人，兼职27人；教授24人。实验室在婴幼儿发展（尤其是社会化发展）的实验研究方面保持国际领先水平，率先在国际上开展学前儿童诚信行为及其发生发展及机制的实验研究，近五年在PNAS、Psych Science等IF排名前10%的国际著名SSCI期刊发表论文30多篇。
Zhejiang Philosophy and Social Science Laboratory for Research in Early Development and Childcare, Hangzhou Normal University
Hangzhou Normal University's Early Development and Childcare Laboratory is one of the first eight philosophy and social science laboratories approved by the Office of Philosophy and Social Science of Zhejiang Province. Relying on multiple disciplines such as psychology, brain science, public administration, education, medicine, nursing, computer science and technology, and using new technologies such as behavioral science, brain imaging, big data and artificial intelligence, the laboratory focuses on dynamic monitoring and assessment of infant and Children’ physical and mental development, infant and Children’ physical and mental development and brain intelligence promotion countermeasures, digital intelligence environment of infant and Children’ physical and mental development, and childcare and public policy for infant and children . The laboratory has an area of more than 2,000 square meters, including specific laboratories for children's magnetic resonance imaging, functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), EEG, polysomnography, eye movement, behavior measurement, development and care, cognitive and behavioral intervention, virtual simulation, artificial intelligence and digital intelligence education, and big data analysis and decision making.
The chief experts of the laboratory are Li Baoming, Fang Xiaoyi and Zhao Li, who are three talents of National Major Talent Project, and the director of the laboratory is Zhao Li. The lab has a 43-member high-level research team led by national talents, with reasonable structure, high efficiency and cross-fertilization of disciplines. Among them, 16 are full-time and 27 are part-time; 24 are professors. The laboratory maintains an international leading level in experimental research on infant and Children development (especially socialization development), and is the first to conduct experimental research on preschool children's integrity behavior, its occurrence, development and mechanism in the international arena, and has published more than 30 papers in international famous SSCI journals with top 10% IF rankings such as PNAS and Psychological Science in the past five years.

“杭州师范大学0-3岁儿童发展研究中心”“杭州师范大学0-3岁儿童托育综合服务中心”“杭师大-余杭区0-3岁儿童托育综合服务中心”于2022年11月11日挂牌成立。中心旨在深入贯彻党的二十大关于“优化人口发展战略，建立生育支持政策体系，降低生育、养育、教育成本”部署精神，落实省委、省政府“推动0—6周岁婴幼儿照护服务一体化集成创新管理改革”要求，依托学校教育特色和综合学科优势，积极探索3岁以下婴幼儿发展与托育综合服务的理论和实践问题，努力为杭州“一老一小”整体解决方案提供师大路径。
其中，0-3岁儿童发展研究中心依托心理学学科，聚焦0-3岁儿童早期发展，运用行为学、脑成像、大数据和人工智能等技术手段，围绕脑认知机制、大数据平台、数智化环境和托养育决策，重点开展0-3岁儿童早期发展和托育的理论研究与实践应用。托育综合服务中心将充分依托我校教育学、心理学、护理学、临床医学、基础医学、计算机科学与技术、艺术学等多学科关联交叉优势，综合运用大数据、人工智能技术，开展儿童脑科学、照护服务和托育研究，构建“家庭—托育—研究一体化智慧育儿”平台。中心前期将在校内教职工子女中探索全日托、半日托、计时托、临时托等托育方式，后期将面向社区提供个性化托育服务。目前，三大中心正积极探索校地共建共享托育模式，让婴有所“托”、幼有所“护”、幼有所“育”，解决更多适龄生育家庭“带娃难”“育娃难”问题。
在0-3岁儿童发展研究与托育综合服务方面，杭师大有学科专业基础、有人才和平台优势，为进一步开展相关理论研究和实践探索奠定了坚实的基础。作为市属高校的“领头羊”，杭师大有责任、有义务当好杭州婴幼儿托育服务的先行者和探路人。学校将以“三个中心”成立为契机，发挥优势、主动作为，奋力打造“一老一小”服务的杭州样板，为书写健康中国的浙江篇章贡献智慧力量。
HZNU Development Research Center for Children 0-3 Years Old, HZNU Comprehensive Childcare Service Center for Children 0-3 Years Old and HZNU-Yuhang District Comprehensive Childcare Service Center for Children 0-3 Years Old
Research Center for Children aged 0-3 at Hangzhou Normal University, Comprehensive Childcare Service Center for Children aged 0-3 at Hangzhou Normal University, and Comprehensive Childcare Service Center for Children aged 0-3 at Hangzhou Normal University-Yuhang District were officially established on November 11, 2022. The center aims to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on “optimizing the population development strategy, establishing a policy system to support childbirth, and reducing the costs of childbirth, child-rearing, and education,” and to implement the requirements of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on promoting the integrated and innovative management reform of 0-6 years old childcare services. With the advantages of HZNU's educational characteristics and comprehensive disciplinary strengths, the center actively explores the theoretical and practical issues of comprehensive services for the development and care of infants and young children under the age of 3, and strives to provide a path for Hangzhou's overall solution to the “aged and young” issues.
Among them, the Development Research Center for Children 0-3 Years Old, relying on the discipline of psychology, focuses on the early development of 0-3 year-old children. Using techniques such as behavioral science, brain imaging, big data, and artificial intelligence, it conducts theoretical research and practical application in early childhood development and childcare, focusing on brain cognitive mechanisms, big data platforms, digitized environments, and childcare decision-making. The Comprehensive Childcare Service Center will fully rely on the HZNU's interdisciplinary advantages in education, psychology, nursing, clinical medicine, basic medicine, computer science and technology, art, etc., It will comprehensively use big data and artificial intelligence technology to carry out research on children's brain science, care services, and childcare. Thus, it will construct an integrated smart parenting platform that combines family, childcare, and research. The center will initially explore various forms of childcare such as full-day, half-day, hourly, and temporary care among the children of the faculty and staff. Later, it will provide personalized childcare services to the community. Currently, the three centers are actively exploring a model of jointly built and shared childcare between the university and the community and providing care, protection and education for infants and young children in order to solve the difficulties of child-rearing for more eligible families.
In the field of research on the development and comprehensive services of 0-3 years old children, Hangzhou Normal University has a strong advantage in disciplines, talents, and platforms, laying a solid foundation for further theoretical research and practical exploration. Zhejiang Urban Governance Studies Center
Zhejiang Urban Governance Studies Center (HIURC) is a governmental administration under the direct leadership of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Hangzhou Municipal People's Government. HIURC focuses on the two strategic decisions made by the central government on the implementation of new-type urbanization strategy and the establishment of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics. HIURC has set up two major goals, i.e. to establish a school of urbanology with international, Chinese, and Hangzhou characteristics and to build an urbanology think tank that plays a leading role in China and is first-rate in the world, under the leadership of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and Hangzhou Urbanology Research Council. HIURC has organized a series of work, including collection and selection of urbanology research and innovative ideas, project research, forums, personnel training and release of research results, following the "ideas of new-type urbanization proposed by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of CPC". Building on the brand of "conceptual urban planning", HIURC has launched Urbanology Golden Award to offer prizes for theatrical contributions in urbanology on the platform of China Urbanology Annual Conference and strives to turn itself into a center for academic researches on urbanology, academic exchange, information release, achievements exhibition and training on urbanology, providing CPC Committees and governments at all levels with intellectual support in urban planning, construction, management, preservation, and operation.
杭州市妇产科医院（杭州市妇幼保健院）简介
杭州市妇产科医院（杭州市妇幼保健院）是杭州市卫生健康委员会直属的集医疗、保健、教学、科研于一体的三级甲等妇产科专科医院。医院承担全杭州地区妇幼医疗保健管理指导任务，管辖杭州地区13个区、县（市）56家助产机构，198个乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健点，统筹协调杭州地区三级妇幼保健网络，定期对各区、县（市）妇幼保健院（所）进行业务指导、专项培训、星级妇保儿保门诊创建等指导。医院2014年11月正式启用。2016年12月通过JCI评审，成为杭州市首家通过JCI认证的医院，浙江省首家通过JCI认证的妇产科专科医院。2020年12月顺利完成浙江省第四周期三级甲等妇产科医院评审。医院核定床位600张，开放床位400张，职工954人。

Hangzhou Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital
Hangzhou Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital, directly affiliated with the Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission, is a Grade 3, Class A specialized hospital of obstetrics and gynecology that integrates medical treatment, healthcare, education, and scientific research. The hospital is responsible for the management and guidance of maternal and child healthcare in the entire Hangzhou area, overseeing 56 midwifery institutions in 13 districts and counties, 198 maternal and child health care stations in township health centers and community health service centers. It also coordinates the tertiary maternal and child healthcare network in Hangzhou and provides regular guidance, special training, and guidance for creating star-rated maternal and child health clinics for maternal and child health hospitals (clinics) in each district and county. The hospital was officially opened in November 2014. In December 2016, it passed the JCI accreditation and became the first hospital in Hangzhou to pass the JCI certification, as well as the first obstetrics and gynecology specialty hospital in Zhejiang Province to pass the JCI certification. In December 2020, the hospital successfully completed the fourth cycle evaluation of Grade 3, Class A obstetrics and gynecology hospitals in Zhejiang Province. The hospital has 600 approved beds, 400 available beds, and 954 employees.
The hospital has a complete department setting, including clinical departments such as obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, reproductive and family planning, women's health, pediatric health, traditional Chinese medicine, and breast disease. It has distinctive characteristics, with obstetrics and gynecology being a provincial and municipal jointly built key discipline and a medical peak discipline in Hangzhou. The hospital's gynecology department has several municipal-level centers, including the Endocrine Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Perimenopausal Health Center, Prenatal Diagnosis (Screening) Center, Birth Defect Prevention and Treatment Center, Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Critical Maternal and Neonatal Cases Emergency Center and Women's health Promotion Research Center. The Reproductive Medicine Center is the only municipal-level medical unit with the qualification for in vitro fertilization (IVF) technology, and it maintains a high success rate for IVF pregnancies.

杭州市儿童医院简介
杭州市儿童医院是由杭州市人民政府按三级甲等标准全额投资建设的一所集医、教、研于一体的现代化综合性儿童医院。医院创建于2009年1月，总建筑面积约12万平方米，规模床位1000张。截至目前，共有职工700余人，其中高级职称140余人、硕博士200余人、博士生导师、硕士生导师20余人。年门急诊患者80余万人次，出院患者2.5万余人次。

Hangzhou Children's Hospital is a modern comprehensive children's hospital that integrates medical treatment, education, and research, established by the Hangzhou Municipal Government with full investment according to the standards of Grade 3, Class A hospitals. Founded in January 2009, the hospital covers a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters and has 1,000 approved beds. As of now, it has more than 700 employees, including over 140 with senior professional titles, over 200 with master's and doctoral degrees, and over 20 doctoral and master's supervisors. It serves over 800,000 outpatients and admits more than 25,000 inpatients annually.

杭州市妇女儿童健康服务中心是杭州市卫生健康委员会下属公益一类事业单位。中心核定编制24人，设有办公室、宣教科、药具科、技术科等四个科室，主要职能包括：开展妇女儿童、青少年的健康宣传、教育培训工作，承担妇女生殖技术服务指导、技术规范和标准实施工作，开展国家基本避孕服务、孕前优生健康检查、增补叶酸等基本公共卫生服务项目，承担3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务的宣传培训指导等工作。
中心承担“杭州市3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务管理中心”职能，开展婴幼儿照护服务项目的培训指导、进度督导、宣传推广、统计分析等管理工作，指导杭州市各区、县（市）开展婴幼儿照护服务管理，规范托育机构管理和运营，助力擦亮“善育在杭”金名片。中心推荐的《杭州探索婴幼儿照护“医育结合”模式，助力儿童早期发展》在2022健康中国-妇幼健康促进行动案例征集活动中荣获“优秀案例”荣誉。“杭州在全国首创并推广婴幼儿成长驿站——家门口尽享优质科学的育儿指导”项目荣获第十五届杭州生活品质健康生活·健康行业改革亮点点评“健康行业影响力品牌”品牌现象。
中心承担“杭州市计划生育技术服务质量控制中心”职能，负责开展计划生育技术服务培训、检查和指导，有力推进了计划生育技术服务工作转型升级，提升了全市广大群众生殖健康水平。
中心扎实开展妇儿公益科普宣教，有力推进民生服务，先后被评为全国三八红旗集体、全国人口和计划生育系统药具工作先进集体、全国人口和计划生育科技工作先进集体、浙江省五一劳动奖状、浙江省三八红旗集体、浙江省巾帼文明岗、杭州市三八红旗集体、杭州市巾帼文明岗、杭州市机关党员志愿服务先进集体、创先争优先进基层党组织、杭州市青少年维权岗等。中心报送的《公益大讲堂 传递更有温度的健康声音》在中国卫生健康思想政治工作促进会举办的“一地一品”卫生健康思想政治工作特色品牌案例征集活动中荣获“优秀案例”荣誉。

Hangzhou Women and Children Health Service Center
Hangzhou Women and Children Health Service Center is a public welfare institution under Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission. The center has 24 approved staff and is divided into four departments: office, health education and promotion, medical equipment, and technology. Its main functions include conducting health promotion and education for women, children, and adolescents, providing guidance for women on reproductive health technology services, implementing technical norms and standards, and providing basic public health services such as national contraception services, pre-pregnancy health check-ups, and folic acid supplementation. The center also provides training and guidance on caring for infants and young children under the age of 3.
The center undertakes the function of the "Hangzhou Management Center for Infant and Child Care Services for Children Under 3 Years Old," and carries out management work such as training and guidance, progress supervision, publicity, and statistical analysis for the infant and child care service projects, guiding the management of infant and child care services in various districts and counties in Hangzhou, regulating the management and operation of childcare institutions, and helping to enhance the reputation of "Good Parenting in Hangzhou". The recommended case "Hangzhou explores the model of combining medical care and education for infant and child care, promoting the early development of children" was awarded the "Excellent Case" honor in the 2022 Health China - Maternal and Child Health Promotion Action Case Collection Activity. The project “Infant and Children Growth Station First Initiated and Promoted in Hangzhou: Scientific Parenting Guidance at Your Doorstep” was awarded the "Health Industry Influence Brand" phenomenon in the evaluation of the 15th Hangzhou Quality of Life and Health Living Health Industry Reform Highlights.
The center undertakes the function of the quality control center of family planning technical services, and provides training, inspection, and guidance on family planning technical services, effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of family planning technical services and improving the reproductive health of the general public in the city.
The center carries out women and children's public welfare popular science education to promote people's livelihood services. It has been recognized as National Women’s Red Banner Collective, National Advanced Collective for Medical Devices in the Population and Family Planning System, National Advanced Collective for Science and Technology in the Population and Family Planning System, Zhejiang Labor Award, Zhejiang Women’s Red Banner Collective, Zhejiang Civilized Post, Hangzhou Women’s Red Banner Collective, Hangzhou Civilized Post, Advanced Collective for Party Members' Voluntary Service in Hangzhou, Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Creating Excellence, and Hangzhou Youth Rights Protection Post. The center's submission, "Public Welfare Lecture: Conveying Health Voices with Warmth," was awarded the "Excellent Case" honor in the "One City, One Brand" collection activity of typical cases of health ideological and political work brand, hosted by the Chinese Health and Ideological and Political Work Promotion Association.
The center will keep up with new policies and situation, work diligently, enhance its brand, strive to deliver warmer health voices to families and society, build richer health service scenarios, and contribute to the high-quality development of women’s and children's health in Hangzhou by improving the development environment and promoting their health.
杭州科技职业技术学院简介
杭州科技职业技术学院于1999年12月经浙江省人民政府批准，依托杭州成人科技大学开始筹建。2006年12月，杭州市人民政府决定由杭州广播电视大学、杭州成人科技大学共同筹建杭州科技职业技术学院。2009年2月经浙江省人民政府批准正式建立。2022年3月，经杭州市人民政府同意，杭州广播电视大学更名为杭州开放大学，杭州科技职业技术学院与杭州开放大学、杭州社区大学实行“一套班子、三块牌子”的管理体制。在办学过程中，杭州市城市建设学校、杭州广播电视中等专业学校、陶行知先生于 1928 年亲自指导创办的浙江省湘湖师范学校、创办于 1916 年被誉为“浙西山区园丁摇篮”的浙江省严州师范学校、杭州财税会计学校等先后成建制并入杭州广播电视大学和杭州科技职业技术学院，均为学校可追溯的重要办学渊源。学校目前已形成三江两岸、四大校区、千亩校园、七校融合、百年历史、万人规模的办学格局。

Hangzhou Polytechnic
Hangzhou Polytechnic (hereinafter HZPT) is a publicly-funded higher vocational institute sponsored by Hangzhou Municipal Government, and was developed depending on Hangzhou Adult University of Science and Technology after being approved by People’s Government of Zhejiang Province in December 1999. In December 2006, Hangzhou Municipal Government reached a decision that Hangzhou Radio and Television University and Hangzhou Adult University of Science and Technology would co-establish Hangzhou Polytechnic. In February 2009, HZPT was officially founded. Approved by Hangzhou Municipal Government, Hangzhou Radio and TV University was renamed as Hangzhou Open University in March 2022. Hangzhou Polytechnic is operated under the mechanism of two other names, Hangzhou Open University and Hangzhou Community College, with the same faculty and staff. During the course of its development, there are several schools incorporated into Hangzhou Radio and Television University, including Xianghu Normal School of Zhejiang Province established by the renowned educator of Tao Xingzhi in 1928, Hangzhou Urban Construction School and Hangzhou Radio and Television Secondary School. Zhejiang Yanzhou Normal School, founded in 1916 and hailed as the cradle of primary school teachers in mountainous areas of western Zhejiang, and Hangzhou Finance, Taxation and Accounting School were integrated into Hangzhou Polytechnic. All of these schools provide traceable origins and significant resources.

HZPT has 8 faculties and School of New Intelligent Manufacturing, as well as School of Marxism, School of Continuing Education and School of General Studies, thereby providing 32 majors covering 8 categories encompassing intelligent manufacturing, intelligent construction, Internet of Things, automotive engineering, artistic residence, new retailing management, MICE, and preschool education.
HZPT has several campuses, including an urban campus in Hangzhou, Gaoqiao in Fuyang, Yanzhou in Jiande and Dajiangdong in Qiantang, thus covering an area over 964 mu (64 hectares), with the floorage occupying more than 480,000 square meters. It has developed a spatial layout of Along-the-river Development adjacent to two banks and three rivers composed of Xin’an River, Fuchun River and Qiantang River. Gaoqiao, the main campus situated in higher education community of Fuyang District and one of the most beautiful and ecology-friendly campuses in Zhejiang Province, has a total area of 800 mu (53 hectares) with a building area of approximately 360,000 square meters. Holding superior supporting facilities for teaching, scientific research, practical training and recreational activities, with existing equipment approaching 0.23 billion Yuan in value, HZPT has established a high-end, multi-functional, and modernized Network & Information Center and a library housing 1,200,000 paper books. The 17-floor Innovation & Entrepreneurship Industrial Park, occupying an area of 35,000 square meters, was officially recognized in 2020 as a provincial-level scientific and technological enterprises incubator, mainly for innovation and entrepreneurship development as well as scientific and technological enterprises incubation. HZPT has an International Cultural Exchange Center covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. The open and public training base of Intelligent Manufacturing under the National 13th Five-Year Plan Industry-Education Integration Development Project, situated in Qiantang District, invested over 0.3 billion Yuan, and occupying an area of 43 mu, is committed to building an influential platform nationwide of college-enterprise cooperation, industry-education integration and science-education in terms of industry, learning, research, competition and training.
建德市第一人民医院（杭州师范大学建德医院）简介
建德第一人民医院（杭州师范大学建德医院）位于浙西，创建于1968年，2012年评为三乙综合医院，2023年成为杭州师范大学直属附属医院建设单位。目前全院员工1119人，高级职称237人，硕士及以上学历114人，是杭州周边县市中综合实力领先的医院。国考2019年391名B++（全国1200家前三分之一）。2015年首次通过美国JCI认证（2018通过复评），具有国际化的医院管理水准。2017年通过国家电子病历5级认证，通过HIMSS 6 级认证，2021年国家医疗服务信息化互联互通四级甲等。信息化建设在浙江省区县市医院中较为领先。现核定床位600张，建筑面积6.8万平方米。二期工程于2024年竣工，增加床位500张，总建筑面积将达到14.8万方。在硬件上达到三甲综合性医院要求。心血管、重症医学、神经内科、肿瘤是目前主要优势学科。2022年成为全国首批全县工程综合能力提升单位。
The First People’s Hospital of Jiande(Hospital of Jiande, Hangzhou Normal University)
The First People's Hospital of Jiande, located in the western part of Zhejiang province, was founded in 1968. It was rated as a tertiary Grade B comprehensive hospital in 2012 and became a unit for the construction of Hangzhou Normal University's affiliated hospital in 2023. The hospital currently has 1,119 employees, including 237 with senior professional titles and 114 with master's degrees or above, making it a leading comprehensive hospital in the surrounding counties of Hangzhou. The hospital was rated as B++ level in the 2019 national performance assessment of public hospitals, ranking among the top one-third (i.e. top 400) of 1,200 public hospitals nationwide. It passed the Joint Commission International (JCI) certification for the first time in 2015 (re-certified in 2018), indicating an internationally recognized level of hospital management. In 2017, it obtained a level-5 certification for electronic medical records and a HIMSS level-6 certification, and in 2021 it achieved a level-4 Grade A certification for the national medical service information interconnection. Its information technology development is relatively advanced among hospitals in districts and counties in Zhejiang province. The hospital currently has 600 approved beds and covers an area of 68,000 square meters. The second phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2024, adding 500 beds and increasing the total building area to 148,000 square meters, meeting the requirements of a Grade 3, Class A general hospital. Its main strengths are in cardiology, critical care medicine, neurology, and oncology. In 2022, it became one of the first county-level units to improve its engineering comprehensive capabilities nationwide.

Hangzhou Normal University National Science Park
Hangzhou Normal University National Science Park is committed to building a full chain science and technology innovation platform for the whole world, and is an important window and main position for Hangzhou Normal University to carry out industry-university-research cooperation and serve the local economy.
Founded in 2011, the Science Park is located in the core area of West Hangzhou Science and Innovation Corridor, and in June 2021, it was assessed by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education as a "National University Science and Technology Park". Based on the advantages of Hangzhou Normal University and regional innovation resources, the park focuses on the five core functions of "innovation of resource integration, technology achievement transformation, technology enterprise incubation, innovation talent cultivation, and open collaborative development", and focuses on the three core industries of "biopharmaceuticals, new materials, and new generation information technology".
